Why board your loft

You will need loft boarding fitted if you wish to store items in your loft. Storing your items directly onto the loft insulation is not recommended and it is very difficult to walk around a loft with thick insulation. Should the worst happen and you put your foot through the ceiling, the cost of making good will probably be more than the cost of having loft boarding fitted. LoftServices are experts at boarding lofts and can create a safe area for you to store your items. Creating a safe loft storage area will add value to your home.

My loft boarding service

We fit the LoftZone StoreFloor system to New build properties or raised loft boarding on timber posts and joists to older properties, this will allow for the recommended level of insulation and provide a sufficient air gap to eliminate condensation, it will also keep your property nice and warm. Before work commences we will lay dust sheets to keep your flooring clean. We have public liability insurance and guarantee our work for 2 years.

Loft Flooring

We fit 18mm thick moisture resistant fully interlocking tongue and groove floor boards, this provides a good strong floor when combined with the LoftZone SoreFloor system or raised loft boarding on timber posts and rails.
